Surrounded by the green Castagnetane hills, with a sea view, our colonial house which dates back to the 18th Century was recently renovated to offer  modern comforts but still respect the Tuscan rural style. We offer our guests rooms with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, all with independent entrances and complete with bathrooms and heating.

The large reception room, which still today preserves the characteristics of the old stable, is a place for meeting and entertainment. The farm boasts the breeding of the indigenous race of half wild horses of Monerufoli. The owners provide the possibility of excursions on foot or on mountain bike while whoever prefers to sunbathe and relax can reach the beach in 15 minutes.

It is easy to reach us by car, take the Donoratico exit from trunk road E80/SS 1 variante Aurelia, which joins Livorno and Grosseto.Follow signs for Castagneto Carducci. Go past the village, after about 500 m turn left into the Casavecchia local road and after 4 km you will find our house on the right.
